Terms of sale

These terms require a final business review before launch. Customer contact details and dispatch estimates must be confirmed before taking live orders.

Cheapest Leaflets is a trading name of Sparks in Colour, 16A Artabrackagh Road, Portadown, Co. Armagh, BT62 4HB. These terms explain how orders through CheapestLeaflets.co.uk are intended to work. They do not affect rights you have under consumer law.

Products and prices

We print leaflets, business cards and disposable paper floor mats to the specification you select. The options and price shown on each product page change with your selection. Check the size, quantity, stock, finish, print sides and any folding before adding an item to your basket. The basket shows the order total and one flat £9.99 delivery charge for a UK or Ireland destination.

UK leaflet prices are zero-rated for VAT where the product qualifies. Business card prices include UK VAT; floor mat prices show UK VAT separately. For business cards or floor mats delivered to the Republic of Ireland, online checkout is currently unavailable: obtain a destination-specific quote before ordering. Any final tax and delivery charges will be shown before payment.

Placing an order

You can build a basket without an account. At checkout you sign in or create an account, enter your delivery address and review the total. Payment is intended to take place through Square. An order is awaiting payment until payment is confirmed. If checkout is temporarily unavailable, an order cannot be completed until payment service is restored.

After payment, you may upload artwork separately for each order item. Double-sided artwork may be one two-page PDF (front first, back second), or two separate PDFs. Please follow the artwork guide. We review artwork before production; submitting a file does not mean it has been approved for print. We may contact you if it needs correcting. Production timing depends on receiving usable artwork.

Artwork and responsibility

You are responsible for checking names, dates, phone numbers, spelling, design, orientation and other content in your artwork, and for having permission to use any images, logos or other material you supply. We may decline material that we cannot lawfully print. A screen display cannot guarantee an exact colour match to printed output. If we make a printing error or supply goods that do not conform to the agreed specification, your statutory remedies remain available.

Delivery

Delivery is charged at £9.99 per order to the UK or Ireland for orders we accept online. We will provide a delivery estimate before a live order is placed; an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly agreed. Please check the delivery address carefully and report damage or a missing parcel promptly so we can investigate. This does not limit statutory rights.

Cancellations, returns and problems

Printed goods made to your supplied artwork and chosen specification are personalised goods. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right for distance sales may therefore not apply. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible; if production has not begun, we will review what can be stopped or refunded. This does not remove your rights when goods are faulty, misdescribed or supplied incorrectly. If there is a problem, keep the goods and packaging and provide the order reference and photographs so it can be resolved.
